最近身邊朋友接連傳出駭人的病痛。都是與自己相仿的三十五上下的年紀，所謂的青壯年時期，可得的卻是癌症和腦溢血....
得癌的朋友所幸發現的早，開刀移除後目前復原順利，儘管在尋醫和開刀的過程艱辛萬分。腦溢血的朋友卻還在加護病房昏迷中，我們只能繼續地為他和他的家人祈福。
都說生命短暫，理當珍惜。可在周遭友人中，日夜為工作賺錢而忙碌奔波、疏於照顧自己的，卻總是絕對的多數。或許對我們大多數的人來說，人生中真正要學習的課題，從來不是如何出人頭地功成名就，而是明白生命中真實的幸福，只是可以和心愛的家人朋友相互依靠。
昨天的世運開幕式上，聽到Hayley Westenra天籟般的美聲，唱著這首英文版的Nada Sou Sou，邊聽著，忍不住鼻酸掉淚。
